There is always an issue with this. Most of the time it strikes one or two people at random, sometimes like now it’s a bigger wave of folks. There isn’t any rhyme or reason to it. This website operates of its own volition a lot of the time. It will fix itself in time.
The big thing is - it’s not a game-breaking issue. You can play the game just fine. That other websites use it, yeah, it’s annoying when it doesn’t update. That third-party sites depend on them isn’t Blizzard’s problem or that the playerbase depends on them. But theoretically, Blizzard could switch up the code and break the capability of those sites tomorrow, should they choose to.
You report it to the Website Bug Forum. That is one-way communication unless the CMs there ask for more information. The people who handle those issues do not come here. In fact, no staff comes here beyond our SFAs and they don’t have anything to do with that branch of things. Sure, they may have information relayed to them, but there is no guarantee of it. If they do get information, they will happily relay it along, but most bugs are fixed on a wholly different timetable than the players’.
