the armory is saying i dont have the Sea horse from the quest you get, when i do infact have it, how can this be fixed?
It can depend on when you acquired the mount, Foxinator.
The Armory will usually update after you have logged out of the character. There are times when it may take longer, but it will usually not take longer than the next maintenance period to update. If it persists, we recommend posting in the Website Bug Report forum so our webteam can take a look.
If you acquired the mount some time ago and it isn’t listed, I’d recommend posting in the Website Bug Report forum.

got the mount day one of the expansion all those years ago
says i dont have both sea horses actually when i do, also can you post this on the bug form for me?

You may want to add a bit more detail.
e.g.
- Specific name of each mount
- Specific issue you’re encountering (e.g. Armory shows X mount but not Y mount)
- Rough period during which you received them
- How you verified you should have them
- Any troubleshooting steps you took

it says it in the post the sea horse from the only quest that gives a sea horse mount, says it doesnt show it in armory. says i got it day 1 of the expansion…so…

Erm.
There are at least four seahorse mounts that I can think of.
Saltwater, Subdued, Vashj’ir Seahorses, and the Crimson Tidestallion.
Google may give more, but that bug report most definitely doesn’t tell them much.
Vrak also specified the Website Bug Report forum, since the issue is with the website.

Foxinator, if I understand things correctly, you are saying the armory is not showing the mount you receive for completing the quest, “The Abyssal Ride” which should give you the " Vashj’ir Seahorse", correct?
Out of curiosity, have you tried going back to the location where you get the quest? If it is there, are you able to pick it up? If you are, you might consider completing the quest, as this would probably be faster than waiting for a response.

I just checked my armory, and it doesn’t show that I have the Vashj’ir Seahorse, however when I log into the game, it is there in my mount collection. You do have to be in the correct zone to use it however.

To be fair, it is a bit generalized.
The title should probably say “Missing Vashj’ir Seahorse from Armory Profile”.
Additionally, as Ekon pointed out, there are multiple seahorses, and the webteam doesn’t necessarily know which one comes from what. Having the name of the mount itself would be helpful.
Lastly, looking at your collecting, I don’t show that you own the Vashj’ir Seahorse. Do you see it in-game in your collection? Do you recall which character you completed the quest on?

yep it shows it on game and was able to use it, and got it on this toon.
Strange, I wonder why I can’t see it in the collection. Though I do see that you completed the quest.

Is it automatically added to the collection or a consumable item like a lot of other mounts? Maybe it’s still in their bags?
