After server transferring from a legacy server I no longer have the Plate Specialization “spell” in my spell book. That’s a MASSIVE buff to be losing. I cant be alone in this issue? I cant find anything but a suggestion to delete and restore my character which seems risky for no reason.

Is it possible that buff is no longer displayed in the book? Either way, I hope they get your situation straightened out.
Absolutely do not delete your Character lmao.
Is it a visual bug? Maybe equip a piece of gear and see if you get the exact amount of stat added by doing some quick math?
