I factioned changed ages ago and redid all the Argent Tournament stuffs. No issues with any quest chains except for the Valiant of Darnassus, and the two follow up The Valiant’s Charge and Challenge. I have done all the other factions quest chains just fine.
I have done a full and proper UI reset and all that entails.
I know Dracthyr have had problems accepting these quest chains and have had Support able to start them on the quests.
Does anyone know if this is something Support can handle, ie start the Darnassus faction quests, or if it is more a bug and I’ll just have to wait for it to get fixed? My research has really only brought up Dracthyr having problems starting these chains.
Yes, this is one of the quest related issues that our staff is able to assist with.
You can put in a ticket here. Just as a warning, you may receive an automated reply as your first response. This is just designed to refer to common resources. Just reopen your ticket and a Game Master should be able to look into the issue.
Thank you, I was unable to find an article in my google searches, I even went looking. I will submit a ticket shortly. Just didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if it wouldn’t have solved anything.
Hi Vrakthris! I am experiencing the same issue. I have submitted a few tickets but CS keeps telling me to just submit a bug report and are unwilling to help me with this issue. I have provided a link to this thread, showing them that you yourself confirm this is indeed one of the issues Customer Support is able to help with. Wondering what I should do next? I resubmitted the ticket, but its the 3rd time now and i dont have much faith that I will get a different response. My Dracthyr is stuck and cannot progress any further in the Argent Tournament. Any thoughts anyone?
I think I understand, so there’s a chance it may not be one of the issues CS is able to help with anymore. And thanks for the response, I will start a new thread next time.
Did the GM just ignore the reference to this thread? Make sure to keep refering to the thread. It’s possible the first GM did not know that they were allowed/able to assist and the second GM might have simply ignored what you wrote and simply replied without reading and slapped on the standard “Go submit a bug report” template. Hopefully, though, the third time’s the charm.
