One of the better trolls today.
I had a guy playing frost dk bust one of these out in a duel though last week. Second I called him on it he stopped.

There’s another thread where a poster said skirmish is a bad game mode because you always get a partner in pve gear while fighting sweaty glads in discord premades and people said, “hey. That’s really not happening consistently” and he called everyone else liars while providing zero evidence XD

What exactly does it do and how can you tell someone is doing it?
It pings the game server at a rapid rate, or puts a load on the user’s internet causing their character to teleport around due to high latency. Grants immunity frames sometimes if you’re on a melee character playing into it. If using a cc with a range like Psychic Scream on priest it can be used to doge etc. People that are skilled with it use it defensively or to avoid certain types of cc, because it prevents user from doing a lot of things as well.
You can tell when someone uses it because it will only happen at certain times, like when the team/player you’re vs is at a disadvantage or about to eat cc/a hard swap in open. Otherwise they’ll be running around just fine. If it was real it would happen at random or be consistent and be a serious disadvantage. People do have lag hiccups but it’s pretty easy to tell a real lag hiccup from someone using this old tech.
