So after searching, it seems this has been a bug since mid-December, with some people claiming it was a bug and would be fixed. I couldn’t find any blue posts on the matter though - has there been any word on this? I’m almost at cap and I’ve gotten a single box. It feels pretty bad.
I haven’t read anything, but I feel like I was getting more boxes today. The DH I played with got upgrades 2 games in a row, I got one, and my shaman received zero. I know this didn’t help at all, probably made it worse, but felt like contributing.

i feel like in patch notes months ago they said it was intentional for bag clutter
