Arena Charter Bug Cant log in

I just get a message saying “character name already exists” and it logs me out. I can log onto my alt paladin just fine. The name of my character that is bugged is Tyrassa. Server is Faerlina. Alliance. I have seen similar posts about this situation that have been resolved but nobody has responded to me yet. Please help me I cant play the game.

The CS forum isn’t a contact point for GMs. The blues here ain’t really able to help in this regard.

Folks was helped via the tickets they put in - exacting a GM to pop in and talk to them. The blues here just stated the issues was fixed by the time the GMs gotten to the ticket, not that they did anything to fix it.

these people seemed to be helped. I do have a ticket in, it says 24 hour average response time. it seems a blue nudged them. A nudge on me would be appreciated, thank you Perl for the response

If you used the option I linked for a Stuck Character, then you should get a relatively quick response as those tickets get prioritized.

Just be sure to note that it’s due to starting an Arena Charter and it’s currently bugged.

The blue post didn’t say they nudged anyone else - just folks coming in wanting the same thing, not that the blue did anything.

Sorry Lagertha. Our Support Forum Agents on occasion may be able to take a look at a situation and even provide the occasional nudge in situations that require it. However, the CS forum isn’t intended to be a contact point for that kind of assistance, we simply don’t have the bandwidth for that something like that and it falls outside our scope of support.

This is an issue that our teams are very much aware of. The overall issue is being looked into and Game Masters are working to get to the individual stucks as quickly as they can.
