I’ve been playing since 2004 and will continue playing until I die of old age.
The only thing that could make me cancel is Blizzard renaming/removing/editing in-game assets to appease feminists. If they start changing or removing content I enjoy to cater to these people, I will leave in spectacular fashion and make an enormous stink over it that makes Asmongold look mature and level-headed.
I don’t see that happening though, so I’m most likely here for life.

I’m not planning on quitting but I’m limiting the amount of time I’m on because I’m very mildly irritated at the sexual harassment thing. And by very mildly irritated I mean ready to rip people’s throats out with my teeth. By limiting my time, I’m lowering my time played metrics even if only a little.
In the meantime I’m enjoying the crafting system on the xiv mmo. It’s really a fun minigame and Blizzard should take notes.

Czrrently I only stay because of friends, I am struggeling though and not logging in on many days.

As much as I care for wow andy friends how bad is the game that people are checking bless unleashed, a game that fail several times(i know because I prepay it several years ago :(. )

Using “yikes” is adorable. I have always been a fan. I love when I talk to people and they say “yikes.” I get that I’m not supposed to feel positive towards it, but I find it so endearing.

I’d like to finish up this raid tier but I have no clue if I will stay long-term. Even if they can magically fix the gameplay systems in 10.0, the lore has been ruined to such an extent that WoW either needs to be rebooted, reset to an earlier state, or some time-travel funkiness will need to be introduced to undo the damage of the last 2 expansions.
I’m gonna stay til i time all my +20’s, then i’m taking a break til the 9.1.5 patch! Then I’ll time the split Mega dungeon and then take off til 9.2!
I don’t wanna miss out on the new druid forms or any other goodies this time around lol

My sub runs out in 20 days, i don’t want to pay more. Atleast for now, maybe in future when (if) game gets better or WOTLK gets released i’ll be back.

I just came back after having not played since MOP myself. So far still having fun even if not really doing anything endgame other than callings and making gold.
I have a 6 month sub so it will end in December, I have played this game for 14 years…this was my first mmorpg… games and I was fascinated with it… went thru all the expansions and they were fun… I still remember standing on line for lich king… my absolutely favorite expansion… now that I’m older than I was and I was following the story line understood it completely… then they added all this goobly goo, toys mythic plus pets battles…why they strayed away from the formula. quests that lead to dungeons that lead to raids that it … simple that what i have fun doing… not chapter’s of a book… we had chain quests which in volved 10-15 quest to complete to get to the end…which was fine…and easy and enjoyable …now to the present… shadowlands I don’t get it … dont understand the storyline and I agree with everyone else the quest is simply now a chorelist … the tried to bring back dailies?? and valor in the wrong way… … so I did and experiment I created a void elf warlock and Im having a blast … in retail… the people who stated there is no content … here’s my question to you have you played all characters horde and alliance in every class and cleared every single quest (clearing the board) there are approx. over10,000 quest just in the starting zone alone… not to mention the side quests… …will I stay for right now just like a marriage vows: “for richer or poorer in sickness and health to death do us part.” or untill blizzard studios shut there doors. i’m a optimist… always have been I have tried other games out there… gw2 _hated it aion-hated it. swtor-cannot even download that game…lotro-cannot download that game either… but I am right now downloading eso… My curiosity has gotten the better of me on that one… I can tell in 15 minutes If I like a game… that is the great thing about world of warcraft its really easy to get into… the other games not so easy… …so there you have it.
