What part of they do not care do you not understand? They flipping are making M+ cross server day one because they already know its popularity is hurting and will only hurt more when people wont feel forced into it…another thing they specifically mentioned.
No more forced progression via one path.

M+ isnt mythic raid and is always cross server… Have you played wow?
Also you still havnt countered my point, metas affect everyone, not just the 10% of people who do “competative content”

and again, delves wont drop top gear, that was already confirmed by Eon. And uhhh i love the idea of delves, imma make great gold off them and have alot more fun in early parts of the season
Well, I was trying to understand that post, because as we both know M+ is cross server. But I do believe next expac they’re making mythic raid cross server. Guess I should just walk away from responding and keep reading this one to better understand what’s afoot.

yeah no my point was i clearly said M+ multiple times and he thought M+ was mythic raid, so he either hasnt played wow, or is just trolling, im assuming the later considering his wording on his replies
Deliberate to watch him rage ever more because its clear he did not watch the deep dive.

Didnt start that way, your clear elitism and not knowing what was said in the deep dive showed you are here to just argue and put people down because you think the game revolves around you and streams.

Everybody’s supposed to reroll meta specs for the new patch, or even multiple times a patch when big changes are made. That’s what proper esports competitors would do. The character you do end content on is just a vessel you use to compete. Players who cling to the characters they have invested in for many years and refuse to go meta will be left behind. What do you think this is, an MMORPG or something?
they said the gear wouldnt be near mythic quality, described them very similar to open world visions of nzoth, and i said metas hurt every aspect of gameplay… what did i get wrong?
I watched most - not all - of the deep dive, and while I recall discussion of cross server mythic raiding - and cross server guild membership - up us M+ cross-server has me boggled. Maybe I’m missing something?
At any rate, I do agree that having delves be a solo prog that narrows the gap between the other PVE pillars, to use the Ion nomenclature, is a good thing.
Yeah. He (Ion) mentioned heroic raid or 10-15 mythic + key level (though I don’t know if that’s from the vault or end-of-delve loot.)

can i get times on where they said the gear was BIS and they dont care about metas?
I dunno. We started this thread with a statement of frustrating at the perceived meta comp from the dungeon competition during Blizzcon and the very low variance in classes, but we’ve dovetailed deeply into the deep dive from Blizzcon.
Soon, we will be exchanging recipes. And I don’t mind that at all!
