why can’t i trade my crests for valor stones?
I get it’s not a big deal to a casual player who gets a myth track once in a blue moon but valor stone farm is very tedious for people who are mythic raiding and/or filling myth track vaults and getting myth track items regularly.
Did the world quests that gives me 40, and world boss now I need roughly 3500 more to upgrade my myth weapon along with 5 more piece that are in my bags since 4 weeks ago.

Just play the game, valorstones fall out of the sky bruv. I’m always capped.

definitely would like more valorstones. ability to turn in crests for them would be nice. And I only play casually.

id love tot rade them just so i dont cap out every 9 seconds.
Personally I would love to see them do away with the crests and just use valor-stones. Why over complicate it?

It is a bit. Why do we need crests in addition to stones for upgrades? And why do we need 4 different types of crests?
Remix had a nice simple system. One currency for upgrading gear from start to finish.

They’re used to upgrade higher-level items from high-level content. Very simple.

Thank you for your response. you’re also 2k io and aotc only, if you’re spending your time progging the mythic raid or pushing keys you get little to no valorstone on top of that you’re not getting that many upgrades to begin with. I’ll quote what you missed below:

Sometimes you get a chit for an extra coffer in Bountiful delves that drops a valorstone item that has several valor stones.
I want to say ,it is from a quest turn in , you get from the woman standing over the map in Dornagal.
SO, like delves beget more delves over tier 5.
I like this response, though MMOs always used carrots on a stick, valorstone is just not the way.

The answer to your title:
Honestly, all TWW currency should be warbound for alts, including these stones. It would make gearing alts simpler.

Here’s the problem with the thing you said here, because another way to paraphrase what you said would be to replace it with “if you disagree with me, you are wrong because I’m right.”
That’s not a valid counterargument that you included in your original argument. The way you get Valorstones is literally just by playing the game. If you don’t play the game, you don’t get as much … but you are also in a position where you aren’t going to be using as much. But if you want more, you sort that out by playing the game more.
This has nothing to IO-score, AOTC, or any of the other nonsense you were talking about. Literally just play the game more and you’ll get more. That’s all there is to it.

Im using 10 times as much valor stones because im not 2k io/ aotc hows io score and raid prog irrelevant when its making me spend 10 times as much valor stone?

in the next patch blizz has decided for a paltry 5000 valorstones you can outfit a fresh alt all the way to 584 !! That’s how much they give a care about making their game fun.
Which issue? how some of them are racist and try to convert the others when I am logged out? Oh, I been barking up that tree since beta.
