S4 is just Eternal 2.0
They made no changes from Cosmic to eternal. The meta was identical in arena and M+.
PvE was Destro and Survival Hunters 100x better than every other spec in M+ and they just absolutely carried over in to Eternal.
Cosmic arena was MW / Hpriest / Outlaw / Destro / Surv Hunter and again that continued in to Eternal. Nothing really changed.
There is no reason to expect anything changing at this point. The main contributor for changes this entire expansion was reworks or nerfing things that were blatantly over performing. Since we’ve gotten through most of the balancing passes, baring some kind of rework to some specs (which they aren’t doing), them making balance changes would be 100% arbitrary considering how long it’s been since anything has been tuned in a meaningful way.
Season 4’s in this and future expansions is mostly going to be a fun revisit to the rest of the expansion (revisiting M+, revisitnig raids) to give players one last look at it before hte new. expnasion.
Between Cata classic, SoD, whatever this new MoP thing is and War Within…the player base and devs are spread way too thin. I promise you Dragonflight is dead last on their prio list when it comes to things that need to get done.
Expect the meta to be absolutely identical to how it is now come the 23rd.

Yes they divide the player base so hard, in the futur you’ll se only multi glad and r1 fighting each other at 1k7.
