Want to play a healer and dPS.
Is rsham doing well in the meta?
Want to play a healer and dPS.
Is rsham doing well in the meta?
Gonna have to be a little more specific
Which tier lists? It’s also very early.
Sorry- the lists all over YouTube. Skill capped, super tease, etc
Rsham is really good but its kinda hard to play if ur new/casual
How about play what you enjoy and learn and improve rather than mindlessly adhering to streamer tier lists.
Decent argument, let me explain
As a former long time wow player I have many classes at max level (or close to it)
I would actually say there are many classes I enjoy for different reasons
I am also a realist and a competitive player so my happiness spending 15 bucks a month has some correlation with winning- might not be healthy but it is true
I also know that bliz will over and under buff specs to the detriment of fair play. So, understanding that I enjoy many classes and specs while knowing that I want to win——- then finding out which classes are currently doing well in the meta is a great starting point for a player like me.
But, I get your point.
You will win more reliably by picking a small number of specs and mastering them, rather than bandwagoning the “highest tier” specs for their brief time in the limelight and operating on shallow understanding that resets with the tide of buffs/nerfs.
For healers in solo shuffle specifically, I don’t like Skill-Capped’s tier lists; they’re always ranking every healer highly. The one or two healers that everyone agrees are obviously the strongest are in S-tier and then everyone else is in A-tier with no explanation, like they don’t want to admit some healing specs actually suck. Maybe it’s DPS propaganda to get more healers to queue idk
Exactly, too much meta chasing and while things aren’t exactly balanced, one can make anything work well enough. The only time meta chasing really matters is if you’re a top 1% player vying for top spot, this isn’t to say some classes don’t have inherent advantages, but if you’re having fun with friends you’re winning.
