Meh DMG when uptime is legit… requires a good team … if you’re playing 2’s wasting your time if you want anything above duelist
i know its meh, i have ruthless elite on it. just don’t remember anything about stat prio and stuff

Id look for old Hoodrych videos or other old R1 wars. Not sure whose new age that makes content. Best bet is utilizing google / youtube to find old stuff on the topic or pserver forums. GL.
Pretty sure its crit prio then mastery for more dmg where else you cant get crit. That’s just an educated guess based on how Wotlk war worked.

Arms is going to be fine and there will be many Glad Warriors. People are just being silly with what is S tier. With that said all old S1 guides are wrong as that is a different patch.
Bahjeera likely will have a guide out as he mains Warrior. Or just watch Dekel stream since he’s a Rank 1 Warrior. Both are options.
Cata/MoP is prime time to play Warrior.
For all of wrath and TBC seasons honor gear was available for purchase as soon as you hit level cap, even the epic off pieces from the first season like Deadly and the OG glad set, though in wrath some off pieces did require rating making them impossible to purchase the full blue sets and bracers, back, neck and ring were all available without rating.
It should be in the game just like the JP vendor was in with the 85 rewards.
I haven’t found it in the Hall of Legends/CHampions so unless its been moved I think its disabled.
My point is they’ve either disabled it as a change or they’ve bugged it and we can’t tell which one because they are dead silent right now.

Kitty Cleave is quite potent in S9, i recommend giving that a shot next week 
It didn’t mean anything in original Cata either but was still fun to climb 
Not sure you understand that in tbc and wotlk that you can get rewarded for 2’s… so people expected it to be the same until the blue post came out
