Every guild im in ( 3 alts, 3 guilds) every one just raid logs 2 days a week and you dont see 95% of them at all the entire week. Is this just common now? Do i need to wait till cata for guilds to start being more active again?
It’s common for the last phase, was like that for me during Naxx in Classic, SWP in TBC and now with ICC in WotLK.

In my guild, there’s definitely more people on during raid days/times, but there are people on all the time. We have quite a few of those players who play a lot though, so…

They’re all active when it’s time to raid. They simply aren’t active outside that time because there’s nothing productive to do. Blizzard could have put infinite frost tokens on dungeons, meaning you’d have to reason to do more than 1 per day, but they didn’t, so everyone does 1 FOS per day, then logs out until raid time.
