Are the Naxx Proto-drakes going way with Cata classic? What about Zul'Gurub?

Title. I know for a fact that the ToGC horses from the achievements will become unavailable after 4.0.3 since they are related to “no wipe/death runs” achievements, just like the zul’aman Bear that became unavailable in 3.0.2. But what’s the status with the Naxx Proto-drakes overall? Also, since they added a NPC to still allow players to access classic Onyxia, are they also doing the same to keep old Zul’Gurub accessible in Cata?

Someone asked this in one of the BlizzCon interviews, and their response didn’t really lean yes or no. They said something along the lines of instances typically getting pretty gutted when they get revamped. Since Retail just got Old Scarlet Monastery and Old Scholomance back (both of which got revamped in MoP), the chance of old ZG/ZA remaining is non-zero.

I hope old ZG remains accessible, like Onyxia’s lair from classic is. Also, what’s the status on the Naxx Proto-drakes? Are they staying into Cata? For context, the Black and Plagued ones, which also requires achievements from Eye of Eternity and Obsidian Sanctum.

Unlikely, as the Immortal achieves from Naxx also leave in Cata.

The thing is, in the Original retail release, The Naxx proto-drakes were gone by Ulduar’s release. But in wotlk classic they kept them past the first tier of the expansion. So the actual context is kind of weird in this case. The only thing that was removed in Cata related to Naxx that wasn’t already removed by 3.3 was the Immortal and Undying achievements.
