Several Paladins are married and have kids. They can definitely get down. Hell, even Arthas was married and went to town with Jaina a lot.

She was really sad after Rhonin (her husband and Krasus’ Bromance Timetravel guy) got blown up and turned to purple sand, and Sylvanas asked if she wanted to move to the undercity, so she said YEAH! and then Sylvanas started planning how to murder her and her kids and make them undead… but then she changed her mind at the last minute because moving herself and her children to an underground crypt fortress ruled over by the literal queen of the damned was actually a terrible idea.
Sylvanas was really mad and killed like 1/2 the animals in Tirisfall glade, including ripping the head off a wolf with her bare hands so it’s blood sprayed over her face in an attempt to feel something.

I don’t think marriage would even occur to a Male Human Paladin. They don’t need a rule against it when it isn’t a concept that would mentally register.
