Honestly at this point I think more of us are sitting in a queue than actually playing the game, how sad is that?

On benediction there is 2k more in queue than are in the game… Way to go Blizzard!

They also opened free xfers to a bunch of other servers the other day.

Out of all those servers there isn’t enough space to even house the benediction queue let alone Faerlina and Grobb

Server pop #s don’t matter if you can’t run any given dungeon at a reasonable hour

Moved to Sulfuras then Blizz let it get full too… 7210 person queue atm.

Back in the day people played on servers in their time zone and balanced out so they had roughly the same schedule. Now a 3k server is half accounts in indonesia for RMT gold farming, 1/4 in europe, and maybe 200-300 raiders spread across 50 guilds. A 3k server is only 500-600 accounts max.

so i dont remember having mail. when i tired to xfer it said i have mail… so stuck in que so i can clear my mail… makes 0 sense

Mankrik avoided queues during pre patch. Not so lucky this time. 4600 in queue right now.

Yes, they were.

It was a massive problem back then. Hence why paid character transfers where added into the game.

Idk exactly what is different, but it’s clear that “Even quiet servers are huge compared to Wrath-era servers” is such a nothingburger narrative. The game isn’t consumed the same way apparently and it’s actually hard to get instance groups on dead servers. Idc how many bots or whatever are logged in, if I can’t run a heroic because no one is even around to DPS, it’s a dead server

This is why I won’t transfer anywhere. Why transfer off the server I’ve been on since 2019 just to get stuck in queues anyway?
