Might have been reviewed by AI, which might not have recognized what you were typing, or your sense of humor. A lot of forums use AI monitors because they’re fast, cheap, efficient… But not super sophisticated (yet).
Whatever works. I try to strive for pun names or play on words type of names.

That’s me forgetting that they used to go by Rahkeetahp 
I always think of them as “Taienna” since that’s what they used through a lot of the Btag threads, but Ritahayworth is usually the one that ties them all together.
