This is a good question. Last night a little goblin rogue spat on me in the AH. I patted him because he was cute in a lumpy green, pitiful, flappy eared midget kind of way.

TL;DR goblins 6/10, gnomes 9.5/10.

I mean… How could anyone look at that adorable buck toothed face and say they are not cute? You can’t, that’s the correct answer to the question and any other answer to said question is just wrong!

Anyway, to give a solid answer, I would give Goblins as a whole a solid 5/7 in cuteness! (though, of course, there are some exceptions in both sides of the spectrum)

Beauty is subjective. If I were to speak on the terms of in-game lore, Goblin probably have different interpretations on what is attractive than say, a Blood Elf or Tauren have. They might find small noses and ears found on Humans kind of weird to look at.
