Well this is false. Since without Bountiful delves are capped at 554 ilvl gear, so you can run 4 a week and sometimes 5. You can run any number of M+ you want.
You think they have an appropriate reward structure? Or did you miss a word? Because if not why are you trying to argue with me when we agree on the same thing? Delves are perfectly fine.
The question wasn’t what ilevel rewards can I get, it was how many I can run. And, again, just like m+, the end of run loot is pretty much an afterthought compared to the vault.
Odd that you keep accusing me of saying delves give too much loot then, I’ve never posted anything to that effect.
It’s funny how you try to glance over having just made up ridiculous things and accusing me of saying them when you get called out on it instead of just admitting it.
This implies that you are worried about Blizzard giving out spammable max rewards, which no one asked for and which Delves do not give. Did you forget what you wrote? The best gear is Myth Track which no amount of running delves will get you. The max you will get is maybe 2 pieces of Hero Gear a week, 1 in the Vault and a Delver’s Bounty if you get lucky. So what exactly was your point when you made this statement if it wasn’t to imply that Delves don’t deserve good loot?
Crazy that this thread is still going but the bait works for the OP so good.
Delves = 4 keys per week, maybe a map if you’re really lucky and the vault
M+ = you can keep going as long as you want, you get also more crests which allows your upgrading of gear quicker than just sitting waiting for the reset for 4 keys again per week.
The issue is that there is literally no free loot. You don’t log in and get something free. You need to invest your time to get everything you get. I just don’t understand the circle jerk of hate towards people getting gear. If you aren’t raiding and doing mythics you are probably pretty happy getting some upgrades, and if you are raiding and doing mythics you are probably going to get better gear unless you stall out on it.
Constantly apply to groups (sometimes for 15-20+ minutes) and even though I was appropriately geared for the keys I was applying to (item level and M+ score) i would constantly be denied because:
12309471430 dps appled to the same key and i simply wasnt chosen. Ok, is what it is. Not much I can really do about that.
Being outright denied because
as warlock, i’m not part of the “meta”
i’m not playing the “right” warlock spec
etc…
Then after all that time and patience to assemble the group, get to the dungeon and start running it…
I am then at the mercy of other people, who i have to hope wont rage quit at the slightest sign of trouble or for the stupidest reason(s).
Make my own group you say? Sure. Won’t change the wait time (as I may have to wait that long to get a healer and/or a tank to sign up) and then I am still stuck at point #3
Unfortunately, too much “I, I, I” “me, me me” attitude, coupled with 0 punishment for those that elect to screw over 4 other people (this is also bleeding into M0)
I basically got insulted on these forums for years because I tried to point out that M+ gearing was just too lucrative, and it killed the rest of the end game. Every time I brought this, the M+ bros, and there is a lot of them on these forums, would just spam me non-stop saying it was fine.
Now, another form of content is put into the game that threatens their boring M+, and all of sudden it is a huge problem.
The reality is, M+ is one of the worst things they have ever put into the game, the only reason people would run it, because of how rewarding it was.
Blizzard finally put M+ where it belongs and added another avenue for casual players that just want chill content, and the M+ bros are in an uproar.
