Are player chat logs kept as records in any capacity? If so, I would love to access mine and see all the things I’ve said over the years playing this game. I can only imagine the things I’ve said that I forgot I did or that I was never caught saying.
Chat logs are kept for an extremely limited amount of time, measured in weeks. So you wouldn’t be able to go over things you may have said years ago, not even months, as they are primarily kept briefly to verify any chat violations.

To add to what Vrak said, the exception is when there is an account violation. The chat evidence for that violation is kept so that a GM would know a year from now what the violation was for. It is not really a full log though, just the captured parts.
Actually, that’s not entirely accurate anymore. Due to GDPR those records are purged after some time. At least Support can no longer see them.
Oh, oh my. I had not even considered GDPR. Thank you for the update. That is kind of frustrating in a way, just for ability to track violations.
Just as a mention, if you are chatting via the Battle Net Launcher app’s built-in chat interface then it can keep chat saved for a while.
I just checked one of my chats with a friend that I chat with daily and I was able to go back to August 18, 2023.
That’s probably for the best in my case, though I would have been curious to see what I’ve said as a child on this game nonetheless.
