Are any other women tired of this?

The world is not ready for such a thing…

Everyone should get this option. I would like to show off my wax line and I’m sure others would appreciate it as well.

You have got to be kidding me. As a clothie I swear, they have the worst prudes designing our armor. Almost everything would be approved by any Orthodox community out there. High necked, long-sleeved, floor length. Why oh why can’t we have more variety. There are many ways to silhouette a dress but almost everything looks the same with silightly different paint!

I want to feel attractive on my toon, I want all the options from absolutely trashy, to elegantly seductive to buttoned up like a nun. I acutally perfer mogs that are more on the subtlely seductive side than full slutmog, but there are so few pieces. Please, lets not button ourselves up more - the more options the better.

You seem to have listed a variety of hangups here. I’m not qualified to help with psychological problems, sorry.

There is no way in hell people are missing the point this much in this thread lol

As a female, no it doesn’t bother me. There are different options to create different types of characters. WoW is a game I see as an escape from reality and sometimes it is fun to do something in WoW that you really wouldn’t do irl. I do not look anything like my character or dress like her, I pretend she has her own personality in the game (a little role play I guess) and it’s nothing like how I am.

It’s fun to have the option if you ever desire something new.

Actually with this character here I want to create a character that sees herself as very powerful, not pretty… but confident. She will wear short slicked back hair and slightly showy in some ways but hiding her terrible scars and burns she has acquired throughout her pursuit of power. The leggings that show up as only underpants and long socks are what I want to use to show her legs along the side slits of her dress!

Course my avatar isn’t updated on here but that’s the look I want for this one.

This is a silly complaint. The sentiment is fine, but the reality is a joke. When was the last time they even released armour that had a different appearance for women than men, let alone a skimpy variant?

The only revealing armour I can think of that isn’t from 2004 (which still barely matters because even back then something like the platekini sets are all BoE greens, meaning you’d in all likelihood never have much good reason to wear them for their stats) is the Zandalari-themed set with the mini skirt from BfA, and some of the Demon Hunter sets in Legion. In both cases, these armours are equally skimpy for men as they are for women.

This complaint is predicated entirely upon false information.

care to dismount and offer some of that enlightment? or just going to keep your nose up and trot away?

I am tired of getting pants when you are getting all these tiny shorts!

You gals should share.

What are these pants things you are talking about?

-Stare.-

Nah, I will let the intellectuals of the WoW forums keep at it.

I’m actually down for more sexy armour for hunter females.

She is asking for more options for the same piece of armor so that she doesn’t have to go searching for something else to go with what she has on. Like toggle revealing or covered options. It’s like the heritage blood elf armor has both a skirt option and a pants.

I don’t see that happening, the transmog system is fine and there are too many pieces to do that for because who’s to say what could use another option because they think it’s “icky”. They would have to do everything imo lol. Would almost be like a censoring thing if they only chose “revealing” armor for female characters. I am tired of that crap I guess. Women can be sexy because it’s a mood thing… a feeling. Some people like me could see a woman appearing more confident or strong that way.

I’d like more options overall but not if it’s just because ew skin cover it up. Totally for this idea if it went the other way around for pieces too. It won’t happen.

Hey OP, how about asking for a mode that sets a minimum standard for YOU too see? I know I would be down for that and it doesnt affect anyone but me.

Biggest issue I have with players in WOW is the tryhards and the biggest issue I have with players in FFXIV is the half naked characters and everywhere basically being MG Goldshire.

To me, the only people who want to dress that way are those who want attention or free stuff. They can spin it any other way they want to, but everyone i have interacted with in 21 years of MMORPGs (Since EQ started) it was always about needing attention. That has never ended well.

If you really want to wear winter clothes and look appropriate, roll a male KulTiran.

Problem solved.

It’s kind of BS. They’re getting much better at designing armor for female toons, but they’re not perfect and the holiday armors especially are old.

The winter clothes in particular are 16 years old.

Oh, if you haven’t seen these, they’re both pertinent AND hilarious.

Yeah I hate it too especially as a cloth user I want to wear a full robe not a bra and a dress

nobody is going to bring up non-human body types in this discussion? dissapointing.
