All of the ones from the new Cata factions are. Tol Barad/PvP ones are not BoA, but I don’t believe they have a reputation requirement, just the honor/commendation cost.

Different folks, different strokes.
Non-account wide reputation will make me play less, you are on the opposite side.
Last 20 years they probably thought more people will play without account wide rep.
Now they are changing it in new expansion, we will see how it works out.

You’d be running dungeons for justice, valor, upgrades, gear, etc anyway so this really has no substance that it prevents you from making alts - of which we all know you do anyway…this is just smoke and mirrors to troll the forums.

Really it would just make getting the ilvl for heroics easier since you could just hop around and pick up a bunch of 346/359 gear at 85.
