They were working on it FOR THE NEXT EXPANSION that WAS DESIGNED from the ground up to support it.
Adding it now would break so many raid encounters!
Just look at Leo in SSC… with dual spec, you’d just bring a warlock and have them respec SL/SL for that one boss, then back to DPS instead of either losing time by going to a major city and respeccing or bringing a SL/SL lock from the get go if you want to have that boss ezmode.
I’m not against dual-spec. But it does not belong into TBC!
Once again for those who can’t read if this is the problem dual spec can easily require a player to go to a major city to change specs and be on a cool down. This has been pointed out dozens of times in these threads but people keep making this same bogus argument.
We can discuss about the costs as long as you can’t respec where and whenever you want.
Transmog would let people enjoy the game even more.
and it would have a far lesser impact on the game than WotLK style dual spec or retail style any spec would have on TBC (at least for the PvE game on PvE servers).
This is so ridiculously wrong. There have been a few threads asking for transmog. They never get more than a couple dozen replies or likes. While the dual spec threads get hundreds, sometimes thousands, of replies and likes. I personally don’t care if transmog is added. I never did it and wouldn’t if it was added so it wouldn’t affect me at all. But it clearly doesn’t have much support from the players.
