No it was not.
Used my Xmute after the CD was up. (about an hour after I said that)
And it procced an x3. Apparently I just needed to complain about it.
From the start of phase 3? it was turned off a few days after it came out, it was turned back on/fixed today, or yesterday.
I don’t think it was ever turned off rofl.
But now everyone gets 2 bars or more guaranteed.
Is there a source for this I missed out on?
It’s how the patch notes are worded. Read them lol.

i’ve been using it on cd since the start, got a 3 proc when i first got it, then never seen a proc again, thats 73 transmute’s with only 1 proc when its a 30% chance? yeeee thats turned off

I already put somewhere I got 59 bars on 43 crystals.
I got the Xmute much later than everyone else and got a x1 on the first one, then an x3 on the following one… then x1s all the way until this morning.
I’ve only been doing it for a couple weeks.

RNG on the procs for potions was even more strange from my experience.
One time I made 30 Mongoose and only got 31 after all crafts.
Another time I made 5 LiPs and came out with 12.
The first weeks when it was new to have both specs, I was getting nearly 100% return on procs from potions. I do have screenshots for those as well.
