I’m just going to say that I am 48 and way too slow for most of these kinds of games, but I have got them all done. It just takes patience and repetition.
The hard part is being able to judge when to press because too early or too late is wrong, but that’s why there’s some slow ones at the start. And no doubt that is latency-dependent which is bad design for an MMO.
Ha! So true! I was thinking the same thing: I would have to be some kind of young kid hopped up on sugar and cola to match that speed.
Back to the colour rune smashing puzzle quests for me!

If you miss even once you may as well restart / and it seems that you have to hit well over 20 targets / never have managed to make it work well for THIS one spot / others are not so bad
I am still having this issue with Fin Hollow pylon as well.

I can agree the design is horrible, and much harder than any of the other Pylon puzzles, but I got it eventually…by good patterns and a glowing bar as far as I could into the sequence…and then lots of luck in the remaining button smashing.
This is a very bad achievement and I hope they remove this arcane pylon from the achievement - due to how hard it is.
I play on Oceanic so I get slight lag and its impossible to do this achievement.

Still broken. Tried this for over 20 minutes and there’s just no way to complete it.
not broken…if u guys lag maybe upgrade your computer ?..Oceanic should not be a too big problem but as someone who hasn’t touch oceanic its not in my place to talk for ppl playing on oceanic…but for any US player…upgrade your comp rly…i’am from east Canada and had no issue with that pylon stuff(or “get good” if u already got a good comp)…its nowhere near as hard as gold/endless pg or even brawler guild………….to the dude that posted age matter at the top months ago LOL…excuse me ? i’am in my early 30(I admit though not as sharp as I use to be but i’am still far from kicking the bucket and that’s mainly because I wreck my health likely that I lost that sharpness)
I actually had it completed 2x today - and it reset to the pylon - no loot chest. (Coldlight Cavern)
I truly hope a GM reads this - I put in a suggestion that they either make this part of the achievement 7/8 or shorten the amount of blasts that are sent out. I love a challenge, but this one IMO is insane. (Coldlight Cavern)

The other 3 that are Arcane Pylons are doable. The Coldlight Cavern one seems very buggy (I have excellent latency) . I’ve submitted a suggestion ticket - I’m hoping that they consider it since so many (especially older players) are having issues with it. It must have been a young whippersnapper that designed this one wink wink

ello there the issues i have is on one no middle button and on the other two the hits do not register it is bugged to all hell impossible to complete as they are completely broken no button no hits registered is undoable
Still ridiculously hard, if not impossible. The durability will drain anyways even if you hit the orbs, if they even register. If you hit the wrong way (or the right way at an arbitrary “wrong time”), loss. Whoever designed this, I hope they’re long gone. Please make this stuff doable LOL.
