Finished the quest earlier today, still have extra action button for it. Cant do quests/WQs that require an extra action button. Did some searching and i see it was a problem in beta and still not fixed. People are saying that they had the extra action button for weeks. What am i supposed to do? No play this character for weeks?
EDIT: Figured out how to get rid of it, Join a random arena squirmish and die in there. Worked for me.
Having the same issue, deleted WTF, Cache, Interface… reloaded and relogged completely still in the middle of my screen. Even carried over into Heroic Darkflame Crest and couldn’t use the TNT for pre-darkness boss.

Came here looking for some assistance with this issue… it’s been hours since I did this quest chain … and this hasn’t gone away and is preventing me from completing quests in the various zones…
seeing Auxium’s post gave me hope.
I noticed the special action bar disappeared the minute I queued into the instance.
waited for the “start of the arena” (and won !?) and looks like we’re good.

Going to Shadowvein Power Station gets rid of it as well. I just had the bug and going back to the spot in the Ringing deeps got rid of it.
