PLEASE HELP. ZZ-01-47’s “Arc Emitter” Extra Action Button not going away

Going to Shadowvein Power Station gets rid of it as well. I just had the bug and going back to the spot in the Ringing deeps got rid of it.

It should fix it if you try that.
