I cancelled my sub the 10th of July.
My sub automatically renewed then 7th of July before i cancelled it, you charged my card accordingly that day.
Right when i canceled my sub, the 10th of July, you charged me another 10 dollars, god knows why.
I demand an explanation and a reimbursement.

the charge that appears the 10th of July on my bank account doesnt appear on that page. On my bank account i have both charges, 7th and 10th of July. Why do you cause me more trouble? I dont want to deal with this company anymore.
First off, I’m a player just like you. Secondly, I’m trying to help you. This forum isn’t a bypass for the ticket system. If you want a refund, you have to use the ticket system. That’s just how it works.

No worries Procop. I’m trying to think of what would be a $10 charge and the only thing I can think of would maybe be a pet (but that should show in transactions) or adding funds to your battle.net balance (which I don’t imagine you did and it should have shown up too).
It’s very weird. Hopefully Billing will be able to provide you with more info and be able to help with any possible refunds!

Do you see two separate charges on the 7th and the 10th, Procop? I only see one made 7/8 at 2:35 UTC for your subscription. It may have taken a few days to process, which is why you’d see it on your card a couple days later.
If this was just made and you haven’t been playing you should be able to request a refund. The link Perl provided should help.

my card was charged the 7th for the subscription corresponding to the period july-august in advance (temporary status, aka money taken waiting for charge) then it was charged again the 10th of july right when i canceled my sub, without having reimbursed the charge you did the 7th. So now i have 10 dollars missing from my account apart from the 10 bucks for the sub july-august
