Good. If they’re going to introduce yet another human kingdom when we already have so many the least they can do is make them villains.

Plot twist they don’t really have problems with any of the horde race’s but they hate dwarfs and gnomes.

Aren’t they all half-elves?

They were kidnapped during an expedition from their former Arathi kingdoms. :world_map::robot:

Similar situation to The Horde remnants becoming the Dark Horde and Garrosh creating the Iron Horde. :scroll::robot:

I just get a " Hmm…this page doesn’t exist. Try searching for something else." message when putting in the link. So I guess it was deleted.

It can still be seen on the images tab. :telescope::robot:

That’s rather odd.

They seem to be mostly humans with a tiny amount of elf ancestry.

Admittedly, from that dialogue it might not even be specifically a race thing; she could mean that the Empire wouldn’t respond well to how readily the rest of the world’s Light worshiping peoples cooperate with “non-believers.”

They might be Light hardliners who’ve conquered their lands and converted everyone else there by the sword, and who’d have a major problem with all of these druids, shamans, Elunites, loa priests and other non-Light cultures running around in the Alliance and Horde.

Depending upon to be specifics of how their faith has evolved, they might even see the naaru-centric Light reverence of the draenei as an intolerable heresy.

Thank god they are. Hopefully theyre as abrasive as possible. Lets get some people with actual character.

I’m not sure how X works, perhaps his message is being changed to add a spoiler tag? :robot: :desktop_computer:

The crystal does change between the naaru and void god-- likely sacrifices outsiders? :dagger::robot:

edit: Probably explains why there’s a war within the Arathi :robot:

I wish Naaru were still a unique part of Draenei religion instead of the naaru just desperately trying to find any human or night elf to take over for the Draenei.

I’m wondering if the final part of this text changes based on PC cause “for embracing the darkness as you have” Seems to be velf specific

It was Velen’s prophecy about a bright knight resembling Anduin leading the Army of Light. At least it kinda made sense for Turalyon to be seen by him as fulfilling that destiny on Argus. :robot::thought_balloon:

Oddly enough the Arathi are more like the Nagrand orc tribes interaction with the Naaru. :world_map::robot:

Invent a new Alliance on the other side of the world to be the villains.

That’s certainly one way to avoid villain-batting the Horde for a 3rd straight time while still keeping the Alliance in a permanent position of perceived moral superiority.

Also a good way to keep the WAR in Warcraft or whatever.

Yeah, Anduin, Turalyon, Illidan. Literally anyone but Draenei.

It’s like if Elune decided orcs were her favorite race or if Bwonsamdi decided his champion is a gnome.

Too late, Goblin Raid is coming and there’s some unfinished business with Gallywix. :gun::robot:

Magnus might be. :robot::thought_balloon:

(most of the book is indecipherable with age)
… and so it was his fate to be cast into the Twisting Nether, never to return to Azeroth. Even his own son, Millhouse, turned on him in the end, though it is my opinion that Millhouse did it for reasons other than the fate of Dalaran and Azeroth.

It is absurd to think that Magnus could ever free himself of the magical wandering prison we crafted, but there is tiny particle of doubt that pervades my thoughts. Still, we had no choice. Magnus had the impossibly rare problem of being more dangerous dead than alive.

(There are a few more legible notes on the creation of something called the Phantasm Zone, a prison dimension within a dimension that would fly through the Twisting Nether forever, its occupant able to see out, but never escape.)
