Them adding rocks into the mix isn’t too big of a leap and is probably more under ‘safe’ territory than trying something completely new. Adding another humany human won’t be too far-fetched either though would sound a bit strange since I’m not sure if there would be any real… Distinguishing features to really set them apart.
they have added LF Draenei and Maghar. Arathi might be just runic humans with glowing eyes.
I could see them doing something like adding Arathi to Alliance and then the Nerubian humanoids to Horde.
TBH I prefer Nerubian as a neutral race. I would love to see primal trolls or lightbound orcs or moknathals for the Horde tbh. I’ve been waiting for playable Ogres since TBC.

They haven’t released any Arathi models yet but we can assume they share the same face and models as currently playable humans but with shiny eyes and maybe runic tattoos.
