Mostly because I don’t take it that seriously as someone with phobias and anxiety about them that has never, ever, transferred over to a video game.
I can’t watch a person climbing a cliff face on youtube without my hands getting clammy but I can spiral down from the highest cliffs in Thaldraszus without issue.

Sadly, changing height isn’t something they can do quite as easily as swapping models.

Yes, which is what I’ve already said, meaning I find it pretty easy to believe that of the players with arachnophobia, which are a tiny proportion, an even smaller proportion actually has problems in the game involving it. 
Ok now I looked at it. If people really want to do that then go for it. It ruins the whole creepy spider vibe though.

I could see them making a blood filter where the blood goes from red to green and they replace meat / organs with what they did the in the chinese client with bread.
People always have this mentality that, “well it doesn’t effect me so why should it effect you?” as if they’re better than others because something doesn’t bother them.
Humans are vastly different from each other. We all experience things differently, including fears. We react and cope in different ways.
To think differently is just ignorant.

Aw they pulled a Lethal Company just with crabs instead of the word Spider. That’s cute.
Also cmon man something like this takes like. Heck I’d say a few hours tops to work on and implement. Ain’t nothin’ important was lost and probably just given to a lower on the totem pole employee to work on.
