I can’t seem to transmog any gear on my character when I click the apply button on my mount or from the actual guy. Nothing happens at all. Yes I have reloaded, and yes I have disabled all add-ons and it has made no difference.
Reloading and disabling is just putting a bandaid on the issue if its a corrupted ui try a proper reset
Works on every other toon, just not my mage…
I have tried the reset as well already and it didn’t work.

Is it legitimately all slots on your mage that are affected, or just a couple? Perhaps slots that have covenant-specific gear equipped?

are you trying to apply a set which contains the appearance of a covenant which you’re no longer in?
…or trying to transmog an item from a covenant which you’re no longer in?

All slots, I can’t apply any transmog at all regardless of items. I swapped covenants a few days ago, and ever since then I can’t transmog anything anymore. I know I can’t use old covenant gear but it’s not letting me with any of my items.
It is quite possible they’re related, especially if you’re trying to transmog several pieces at once instead of one piece at a time.
You can still use old covenant gear, it just can’t currently be transmogged to something else once you leave the covenant you acquired it from. They are aware of the situation and a fix is in the pipeline.

Nevermind I have figured it out, because I am still wearing two pieces from my OLD covenant as actual gear it will no longer allow me to transmog ANY of my gear. When I remove the old covenant shoulders and belt I can then transmog my gear.
I think this needs to be addressed and fixed, I can’t get rid of these 2 pieces atm as they are the only ones I’ve got. Just seems a bit unfair.

Im having this issue only it seems exclusive frost spec. I can change my stuff in fire and arcane
Bad necro. Anything older than a week or two, it’s always best to just begin your own thread. What was the case a year ago is not likely the same thing behind your issue. You have to think of all of the patches, hotfixes and everything that has happened between now and then.

It’s best to start your own threads, and “necroing” a thread that more than a couple weeks old is often frowned upon.
