If i edit a post my post just disappears without any reason why i think its a bugg
It did look like a couple were snagged a little too quick to each other to be eaten by the spam filter, but itâs possible. If they were being deleted by an SFA theyâd have likely chimed in by now.
As far as GeForce, Blizzardâs stance only changed when the Microsoft acquisition was finalized. Prior to that, it was always an actionable outcome.
If you were snagged for streamlining that policy hasnât changed since it was implemented a few years back. But again, all of this is speculation, and your only path forward is through the appeals ticket.
It is not speculation since i know what i did on my account and i admit to it. It is unreasonable for my first offence in wow to be 6 month bans to 4 of my accounts (i also expect my remaining wow accounts to also be 6 month bans soon). All bcos of a stupid setting that windows 11 forces on everyone. Some of those accounts didnt even use a scroll wheel macro.
What is âsfaâ?
I also dont think its speculation. I know what i did on my acc and i admit to it, but i find the 6 month to 4 of my acc ban to be unreasonable for such a small offense. The setting didnt even give me any real advantage and now i pretty much cant play for the whole expansion and my account has a criminal record. I am expecting my other wow acc to be ban bcos of this stupid reason also even though i have disabled the setting my whole wow experience has been turned into a nightmare because of something i didnt know even though i have spent so much time researching the rules on multiboxing. (not to mention all the research time to set up myt crafter, i even made my own profit calculator just to play this season.)
Well, there you have it.
You know it wasnât against the rules and you did it anyways.
I donât think thereâs much else to say here.
I only knew it was against the rule after i spent alot of time trying to find out why i was banned, since blizz is hush hush
Well, now you know and you can make sure you donât do it again.
well i mean its controversial some people say u wont get banned for using so.
Donât listen to some people, theyâre not GMs.
GM never said if its bannable or not, would be nice if they did however.
They did when they banned your account, they donât just ban accounts for no reason.
SFAs are the employees that post here in blue, Support Forum Agents.
Aaaaand your post just went poof again, sooooooo I wonât respond to the rest of it I guess.
I guess blizz just hates me
They said i was banned for âhacksâ they could have instead just said âstop using that silly mouse setting in windows it gets all ur acc perma bannedâ.
But that would makes sense so i dont think blizz would do that.
Because botters would love to know what got them hit and would love to find loopholes in the system to get around it.
Well if i was banned for the silly mouse setting im obviously not a botter right?
But they could just tell me to stop using that windows setting i dont see how that is so unreasonable. Not everyone is super tech savvy and up to date with what proc bans on warden. Its not like its going to help bot makers if they they just told me i was banned because of a windows mouse setting. (queezzyj here idk why my post run away again)
When it comes to certain topics (like WOW account actions) pretty much 99% of what you read on reddit is lies. People know what they did to get banned, but they lie about it, and blame it on âmass reportsâ (which do not exist).
Also interacting with ANY inactive WOW window in any way (even just using basic Windows funtions) is considered automation now. Nothing that streamlines the process in any way, even things built into the OS, is allowed.
Anyone that says âmass reportâ is lying. Period.
Wouldnt it be good if blizz just told us to disable that mouse setting before playing the game instead of me having to find out after all my wow accs get banned? How can people see this as reasonable.
I spent hours researching after i was banned trying to figure out why i was banned, most casuals would just get banned and they wouldnt know why, and when they play a new account they would just get banned again, still not knowing why.
and blizz will just be like, âhaxâ, and forums will be like, âwell blizz no say why u r ban cos it will give botter idea.â
its obvious in these cases it is worth telling the customer why they were ban because its obvious theya rent botting, they just have a bad windows setting.
I have a scroll wheel mouse and ive never been banned.
