looks cool but I doubt he is a titan like pyro thinks, blizzard already said he isnt, and they had no reason to tell it its not.

What blizzard says now can be changed in the future very easily. They were retconning things out of chronicles vol 1 in the expansion that was being written alongside it for example.

Umm thats not how retcons work the jailer isnt in the story, if he is a titan it’s literally not a retcon They said he isnt a titan to the question is he a titan

I never said it was a retcon, I was using an example of how blizzard easily changes their minds on certain things to fit the “rule of cool”.

I have to side with Katiera on this one, where did you get the idea he was a titan? Saying otherwise isn’t a retcon when there was nothing to suggest it in the first place.

Seriously though I’m just happy for a new big bad. It seems evident to me they ran out of relatable villains after Arthas and Illidain were sorted.

Sargeras and N’Zoth are too incomprehensible to be actually scary. This isn’t the Mountains of Madness Blizz Cthulu has a health bar and I’ve dropped his cousins before this isn’t scary.

I’m hoping the Jailor turns out to be a cosmic level threat with a motive beyond ‘corrupt/destroy’ everything. That with Slyvanas and her very mortal fear of punishment- which since EoN has been her driving motivation- could make for an interesting expansion.

Then again I had high hopes for BFA walking in so /shrug

Looks like a giant Kyrian
 Unlike the White skinned Arbiter(who resembles Calia). Considering the Kyrians are beings of Ordered Death Magic and the guy is called the Jailer who is older than the Titans
 What could this guy be?

Either he is a denizen of the Arcane Realm where Aluneth came from imprisoned within the Arbiter’s domain or the Arbiter is a denizen of the Light realm hijacking the Jailer’s domain or both are interlopers from Arcane and Light realms inside Mueh’zala’s domain breaking the system with their ambitions.

Just realized that the Jailer being the top Kyrian would be the source of their Magic sent to Bastian by the Arbiter.

Kyrians’ Order-Death Magics influence the Classes Spells and the Shaman Kyrian Covenant Spell is called Vesper Totem
 Vesper means Night


N’Zoth: “The fall of night reveals her true face. She will bring only ruin.”

Mueh’zala who resembles the Jailer’s associate who traded Odyn his eye to make Valkyr is called Night’s Friend and God of Death
 The Jailer is Night.

The Arbiter hides her face in her art
 It may be that the fall of the Jailer reveals her true face and that she will bring only ruin.

If that’s the case and Sylvanas serves the true enemy then she serves the Arbiter and just like with N’Zoth she is siccing the Jailer on us in order to reveal her master’s true face!
