Twinking has nearly ALWAYS needed the help of others, higher levels for runs, summons into dungeons they couldn’t get into, enchants or kits they couldn’t do themselves, honestly, I never said twinking isn’t “cheating” as you put it because everyone with Precious’ ribbon as a trial or vet used other people to help them get summoned into a raid they weren’t eligible for. Also, just like the twinks are doing as we speak, sitting in the DF Beta, looking for potential GFd OPAF things to get, these are the essentials of the pinnacle of twinking. Blizzard will find and fix things that are too broken and the twinks will have had a few days or weeks of fun b4 that happens and giggle in the future “lololol remember that broken grey item that was 1-shotting people?” and it will just be a memory. If you think anything in this game is fair and balanced, you are clearly not playing. Whether someone uses a slow leveling de-buff or /afks at the end of a match to subvert xp gain,… why are you so triggered as to judge so many people? If it wasn’t the xp de-buff, would it be the desparity of talents from a 20 to a 29 in DF? The pure OPness of a 1 shot from an undergeared FotM? Or is it that you don’t believe anyone should have any advantage above what their innate skill cap gives them, regardless of how long they grinded to get the gear or items? So, take out work and reward entirely? Lets roll the game back to Legion then eh? Let me tell you, having the de-buff and gearing out a toon doesn’t mean win. I am so bad, even with good gear, I still get stomped by skilled players, and I’m totally ok with that, I don’t go forum stalking to attack skilled players. I play all the time without the de-buff and just level through but it doesn’t stop me from locking xp at certain levels to gear up and then run through BGs to the next gear-point. Trust me, I am the least of the people doing this. People are looking for something other than max level and are looking for ways to make it last longer without having to reroll every 3 days. Is that really such a horrible thing? Any advantage I get still only puts me below average compared to the many high ranked, seasoned arena players I run into that demolish me on a regular basis. But ok, again, I’m evil and should have my privileges to play this game removed forever for what I do. You will not have a change of viewpont and neither will I so lets agree to disagree. Once you cannot level up anymore, you should be in the XP off bracket.
This is a great change for everyone who actually pays for the game.

Really hoping the Started Edition PvP bracket will be addressed in DF.

Keeps higher level locked EXP players from taking advantage of new beginner players and allows for the levelers to level in peace without interference of over-geared starter edition players.
The new players get to learn content and gear from their own peers!
