Anyway to Get Better MS on West Coast Servers When I'm East Coast?

So I wanna move to grob for wrath but the only problem is I get 80-100 ms while playing. Is there any way I can get back down, or close to, my usual 20-40. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s just a tad uncomfortable

Have you ever considered moving to West Coast? I heard it is great during the summer but you can be dragged into the ocean when the big one happens.

Play on an east coast realm like you’re supposed to.
:axe:

Here I put in funny comment I do atiesh and grob for the 120 ping I get.

Japan to OCE and Japan to east coast mankrik and bloodsail was at least 20 ping worse.

so I envy that 80 to 100 range a bit lol.

I’m too poor to move :skull:

Speak when spoken to zug zug :axe:

Really? I thought I was on the bad side

Server Timezone is not related to the server’s geographic location. Their servers are located in Chicago and Los Angeles. Wowpedia has a webpage that lists each server by its data center.

Beyond that… latency is primarily driven by distance, and is limited by the speed of light. Different carriers may have more efficient routes, but generally speaking, that is not going to be a minor concern.

I thought all retail servers were moved to Chicago ages ago. I could be wrong, and have no idea with classic.
