It’s noticeable on my rogue especially when I use the ability (ambush). Also happens when I use sinister strike but not as bad. I’ve noticed it also happens with other melee classes like ret pally (crusader strike, zeal when its active, and Templar’s verdict) and warrior( mortal strike) although small it actually gets me dizzy. If you can’t notice it and want to test try looking away from your character like away from the center and use the abilities mentioned. Anyone know a way to turn this feature off?
I’m not having any luck duplicating this on my rogue at the training dummies in SW.
You might try checking
Interface > Camera > Camera Follow Style. I have mine set to Never adjust camera. But I also tried it with Always adjust without change.
Another option might be System > Advanced > Physics Interaction. I have mine on Player Only.

You don’t have the action cam enabled do you?
Even with actioncam full turned on I’m not seeing it but you might try forcing it off.
/console actioncam off
It’s very subtle, a bit like a very small/quick squeeze/release of the worldframe. I noticed it best on the dummies in my alliance garrison paying particular attention to the dark mountain edges against the pale sky in the background.
Now I will probably never be able to unsee it
I don’t believe it can be turned off at least not via an in-game function or CVar.
Yea I tried the console command before creating the post unfortunately no change. it’s weird I’ve only recently noticed this and now its all I pay attention to when I’m in combat lol. The only melee class that doesn’t have the screen shake on certain abilities for me is WW monks. I’ve also tried turning off all of my addons/deleting wtf, cache and interface folders so far nothing. I guess I could try reinstalling but I seriously don’t want to go that route especially since I don’t have very fast internet. Any way thanks for taking the time to help
