You were meant to move your characters before the mergerâŚ
Thatâs why they warned you your characters would be unavailable for a while if you had them move with the server shutteringâŚ

yeah so i was on earthfuy and skeram⌠and neither realm is there and no toons transfered or merged to Sulfurus⌠how do i get toons back

You wait for Blizzard to decide which realms are consolidated and which are not, and then you potentially wait for 2 weeks to get your characters back. Have fun!
