There was a small update to TBC Classic last night at about 8PM server too, and then todays maintenance. Maybe prep for prepatch? Or possible SWP nerf prep.

yes, they will be doing a random lottery and 10% of people w/ them will be able to keep them … rest are getting rolled back.
