If you’re winning probably. If you’re getting farmed by twinks in the GY, probably not.
edit: tested it in 59 bracket, horde had multiple twinks with 6-7k hp while the highest alliance HP was 3k. Completely farmed, but you still get like 30k xp for a loss so… I guess it’s not entirely useless as long as the horde twinks don’t just hold the flag and make the game last forever.
It would be a fun way to level if Blizzard didn’t let lowbie twinks ruin all the low level brackets. Horde seem to twink a lot more across all the brackets from what I’ve seen in classic.

I see, thank you for the information guess I will try my luck then, and yes it would be which is why I asked. Definitely prefer to bg over dungeon grind or quest at this point (I have a lot of alts lol).
just wait until cata then u get crazy good xp for doin bgs in cata and its way more fun than wrath anyways class wise
