Always. I make an effort to give every class a good go. I intend on experiencing every aspect of a game I subscribe to, including both alliance and horde lore. People complain but there’s no better time to give other classes a shot during this content drought, not to mention picking a new main to focus on for the upcoming exp

Not sure what your point is… I don’t have to do a lot of things. Not play the game being one of them.
The point is, for me at least, to have a path to upgrading gear as they have for many years without a convoluted and time-gated process. Rather go into a lengthy diatribe of why or what could be done, let’s just agree that this particular expansion has “power” tied to gearing a gated level that WILL be going away, but here currently.
It’s not that people want “free” power, we just don’t want to earn it with having to do a literal job just to get there. Most of us have done it once, I was juggling 6 toons pre 8.3 launch, shrank to 4 after and eventually 1. It’s just not fun.
I have actually seen the opposite, I don’t think “anyone” streaming is saying how the covenants is in a positive state right now. Being pigeon holed into one or a “weekly” reset of binds is a bad idea. Not sure where you’re getting that impression.

Trying to main swap right now is just exhausting. I’ve gotten the cloak on far too many alts and I just… no more.

Plenty of fun to be had in 8.3, just not your kind of fun
I’ve yet to meet anyone who actively says this is a good patch.
The best I’ve seen is tolerance towards it

is it the best patch out there? Nah, I don’t want to play alts, which I previously would have. But the content in the patch is good. Raid is good, while corruptions are annoying, they’re fun once you have them, visions are good, like the daily zones
Feel it, got R15 on 3 Cloaks, and can’t even be bothered to do the quest line to get the cloak anymore

I found the daily content to be the worst I’ve played in the game which had the knock on effect of me not doing visions because I find so little fun in the content needed to enter them.
i mean on these forums pretty much exclusively. i haven’t seen them be considered a good idea anywhere other than here
To each their own, I stopped doing dailies after getting exalted took too much time and just started using Echoes I get from m+ to do visions. Another route if you don’t like dailies
Pretty much every day. The catch up would be nicer if echoes of nyalotha wasnt currency for 3 separate things.
Fanboyz… They give alpha/beta keys to the wrong people. They either are employees, their family or people who don’t do significant content. At least the ones who show up on forums. “IMO”
Sort of but “need” is a strong word especially with shadowlands coming soon. It’s nice to get alternate characters for the covenant armors. Will have 12 characters at least and mail will be double dipping for there sets.
Leveling process is fun at least for a while. Can always get some alts ready for SL or options for your main
Maxxed account, can’t level anything further… Wish I could… I’d make a few more alliance toons and Vulpera.

I got the urge to play several alts, got RP ideas lined up and everything. Just not going to bother until Shadowlands because screw playing the game as it is now.
