I’ve never seen this before, but got one when I logged in today. Anyone else get one?
It’s buggy and will randomly pop up for people every once in a while. Blues have said it’s not supposed to do that often, but it can.
I’ve had it happen to me. As have others. Don’t worry, you’re fine.

It just pops up once in a while. Ive had it happen 2 times and Ive never offended a fly. You are good.

I have had it pop up a few times. At first I was afraid someone had reported me for something. However, I am never mean to anyone, and only curse in my guild (where cursing is allowed, and I am a notorious potty mouth). Now I figure that it must just randomly pop up for no reason. I just agree to it and move on with my day at this point.
No… It pops up on your screen every so often…not sure there is any cadence to it. Probably an automated process that goes through and scans for last acceptance or not received on in “x” time on all accounts and pops it up.
