Its because MM and Ret are both “noob stomper” specs. If you’re constantly getting destroyed by them then you didn’t pay attention to the multiple GCDs of warning signs that ots happening. Though the 1 shot attempts from camo can be nutty, its easy to just make double tap pull hunters out of stealth to fix.

Or maybe, just maybe, realize that MM (and hunters in general right now) are stupid, that deathbolt is stupid as well, and that a bunch of stuff is quite honestly stupid this patch and that you should strive for a more balanced and enjoyed game other than finding excuses as to why MM’s one shotting people is balance or enjoyable in any way.

He’s not trolling, there’s many many silly things with the current pvp situation but ret and mm are 100% noob stomper specs. The burst telegraphed miles away and easily disrupted. I get it sucks to deal with but there’s many very easy options to take to counter them.

Nope. Quit making bad arguments. Deathbolt is toxic for the game and not healthy design for aff anyway. We can change some things a bit at a time it’s not all or nothing.

Everything is telegraphed. Everything. It’s an awful line of logic for any level of defense. MM can, in a single global, do 50-60% of a players health or more. LNL procs and you hit double tap. That’s it.
There are a lot of things broken, but saying it’s easy disrupt is a joke. It’s easy to get that damage off. It’s insanely easy. Do you not cross CC before doing your damage?
It’s the fact damage is so easy for so many classes/specs to get off that the PvP is awful for new or lower geared players. Doing BGs as MM or even as SV is hilarious. It has to be an awful experience just getting deleted. That’s not good for the pvp community of pvp in general for that matter.
I have literally sat in threads and said deathbolts highly counterable but here’s the thing. aff is a rot spec. Did you catch that? Aff. Is. A. Rot. Spec.
Rot specs aren’t burst specs, we aren’t supposed to be able to delete people 100-0. No good lock want’s deathbolt we all want aff to be good and a proper prot spec.
