Just wondering if anyone else has gone back to Swtor getting ready for there 10th bday and the new Expansion.

I actually just reinstalled last night. I generally just like to play it as a single player experience though.

Might want to check their forums instead of the WoW GD forums. Might have more luck finding people who play it.
why would i ask on a swtor forum if they play swtor?..thats like me asking on this forum do any of you all play wow?..

I have 4 characters I just started a New sith class.
Used to , I liked the companion and Story arc. Then it went free to play …
I have been thinking about trying it, more as a single player game though. I heard the story and questing is good but I don’t think I would enjoy the rest of the game that much from the little I have heard about it.

I recently just started playing again and found it a breath of fresh air. Nice to play a game that doesn’t feel like you’re only logging on to finish dailies in order to stay current.
They’ve announced a new expansion for later this year and they’re revamping the class system.
If the sequel trilogy didn’t turn out to be a complete mess I’m sure the game could have ridden that momentum. Sucks as it is an underrated MMO.

Last time I went back to try it I lasted maybe an hour. The ftp version left a bad taste in my mouth the way they tried to nickel and dime you to death and it didn’t inspire me to resub just to stop that. It felt like they were trying to forcibly railroad me into subbing by making ftp so painful.
Plus for some reason it just felt slower. Like they cut run speed down by a third. It felt like I was running through mud and I don’t remember it being that way when I played it at launch.
On and off.
Might get back into it.
