Anyone else not getting the twitch drops?

I connected my YouTube to battlenet, clicked play and it’s been on upstairs for a couple hours now…what do I need to do to “claim” it?

I had the same problem with the last one.

The app on the phone said I was at 100% but I got nothing.

Checked on the computer and it said I claimed it but I wasn’t done.

Got annoyed and gave up.

Ignore this. (by this I mean my previous comment) But for anyone else that had the same question… I changed my password with twitch, had issues logging in or connecting to YouTube… and somehow blizzard still figured it all out and it came through without having to disconnect my account and reconnect.

I had issues connecting to YouTube and somewhere around just before the concert started, I figured that out. Meanwhile before I figured it out and close to the end of the stream, I switched over to twitch. Forgot my password and had to reset it (after some fenagling to even remember what my username was (never really use it)) then watched the twitch that stated it was doing the drops while still watching the YouTube (can’t be too sure, can we?). Seeing that twitch showed me as earning the drop, I claimed it and then the issues started. I saw that it said connect with the refresh button next to it, came to the forums to see if anyone else was having issues and saw that I was not alone. So those that are having troubles, (specifically, that match the connect button, change of pw, etc) be patient. It may be just taking a minute for the chaos to slow down.

Yeh, sometimes it can take a bit for them to send it out.

For those curious though, it won’t show up in the launcher. It will just show up in your mount page in game as two mounts you need to unwrap (got em earlier).

Update since my last Visit. It just came through 6 hours after claiming it.

Twitch drops always can take up to a few hours to a day. They don’t process them right away. Generally done in batches.

My issue is somewhat different, yet. My Battlenet account shows linked but Twitch does not. I see other linked accounts on Twitch but there isn’t even a logo/icon for Blizzard. I have watched almost the entire program and don’t see a progress bar for the drops.

Edit - I went to a regular streamer channel and progress started accumulating. The Blizzard channel did not give me progress.

Same. Waiting 6 hrs now but nothing has showed up

Unconnected twitch then reconnected Fixed. You most have changed password on Blizzard

i watched a drops enabled twitch stream over 4 hours ago, and claimed it, yet i still don’t have my mounts, i fulfilled my end… where… are… my… mounts?!

Watching twitch now to do mine - the guy I’m watching, someone named Pikabooirl is very good, I hope to one day also be skilled enough to sit in Dorn doing nothing.

This is why I was not worried about it. My other drops are usually there in like 5 mins. But considering how big this announcement was today, I would say their servers are backed up to say the least.

Same here. It says I am connected on Blizzard but on twitch it says to “connect” in order to receive my “claimed” drop. I have not changed my Blizzard PW in 9 years so its not that. I am at a loss. I submitted a ticket via Blizz and my reply from the GM said it should be a couple of hours. Its been about 10 hours and no change. Not sure what to do? So an update, I went ahead and disconnected my blizzard acct from Twitch and then reconnected and verified it and voila’ it said I had claimed and was connected, but still nothing in WoW for reward lol

For anyone having this issue with connection on twitch, I had the same issue and was able to disconnect then reconnect. The 7 day cooldown doesn’t apply if you’re reconnecting the same account, only if you connect a different account. So you can reconnect right after disconnecting

I’m also having this issue. For both the anniversary and the scarab beetle pet. Says connect - I go there and it’s already connected. I’ve done many drops in the past so I know for sure it usually works.
Still says connect no matter what I check and re check.

I wish that worked :frowning: I disconnected and reconnected, even shows my profile pic… still won’t let me claim. Just says connect

Ditto, I watched, claimed the drop, and nothing.

it took a couple of hours but i did get my mounts. I watched the 10am pst live show and my mounts arrived sometime after 230 pm pst.

Same here. This was hours ago but I haven’t seen any notifications anywhere. Claimed it but :dracthyr_shrug:

claimed mine over 10 hours ago and still nothing. My husband got his, but I did not get mine. sigh

  • Edit * I tried the troubleshooting suggestion of disconnecting and reconnecting my BNet with Twitch (I recently rebranded my twitch account and updated it’s username/PW) and left a twitch channel with drops enabled up on my computer with the sound off all night. The combo of the two plus also being within that 24 hour waiting period that blue posts keep mentioning, my mounts were in my log this morning.

The ‘up to 24 hours’ really is a thing though, as Twitch needs to send the qualifier accounts to Bliz, and then Bliz needs to activate the rewards to the accounts. While certainly there is some automation in this process, this was the 30th anniversary of the entire franchise and rewards are being given across three different games. The demand was high (There were over 12K viewers on the live twitch stream alone, plus all the various streamers that also had drops activated, plus youtube, plus tiktok). The servers were getting hammered. So if you still think it’s taking longer than it should, definitely try disconnecting and reconnecting your accounts in twitch for peace of mind. It needs to be done if there’s been a password or username update since you made the connection anyway.
