i got it claimed it but not seeing it in the game

I watched and accumulated the 100% of the drop, claimed it, but nothing has shown up in wow, bnet launcher, anything or anywhere at all.

I didn’t. I claimed it and just logged in to check and didn’t see anything.

Same.

I’m wondering if the demand is such it’s overloaded their delivery system again. Took almost 3 hours for the Eye of the Legion pet to be delivered to me 6 months ago.

I’m having a different but similar issue, my twitch account is linked to battle net, but twitch is telling me to connect the two and when I hit refresh it still says “connect”. So, I cannot claim it, though I’ve received the drop.
I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Claimed and likewise, iirc it took about 30 mins to an hour for the last drops to be sent for most, might be the case this time as well.

Cant even post in the chat even thou i i’m connected and all. I have been waiting for more than 20 mins also.

It will always say ‘connect’ on twitch. Check your battle.net account and check ‘connections’ there. You should see twitch.tv and you’re all set. This drop does seem to be taking some time to receive, though.

Server has to submit 100,000 rewards simultaneously, it’ll take time.

Just found this on a Blizzard Support article

  • Twitch drops must be claimed on Twitch and can take up to 24 hours before they appear in-game

Didn’t t receive WoW Twitch Drop-Blizzard Support

I was told to wait 24 hours for the Ghastly Charger and I did. I reconnected my accounts and everything, Then sent in a ticket with a screenshot proving i earned it and they responded after the event ended saying there wasn’t anything they could do. Hopefully this one works.

Same, Watched it, claimed it 4 hrs ago and just logged in and it is still not available in game

It’ll say twitch.tv or will it say our twitch name Like it does for google and PlayStation? Mine is having the same issue. On twitch is shows the button underneath to connect with a little refresh symbol next to that. Then on blizz it shows twitch connected to and says my twitch name. I saw earlier people were having the same issue and some were saying they were going to disconnect and reconnect except it’s a 7 day cooldown. I was coming here to see if they were able to get this solved or not. I’m hoping it’s all fine, but have also heard if you’ve changed your pw on twitch at any point you have to reconnect your twitch account. SO I don’t know.

Same, I’m so confused. I don’t know if I should just wait a couple days or unlink the accounts, wait the 7day penalty and relink them to see if its some kind of bug on twitch’s side. It show’s the accounts are linked in my wow account, but I’m still seeing the item on twitch as claimed with a little “Connect” button on the item.

I claimed mine on Twitch about an hour ago (with Twitch showing itself “connected” to both WoW and Hearthstone), but I haven’t seen anything in Bnet or WoW proper. Hopefully, there’s just a delay and not a bug.

I’ve never gotten a twitch drop ever because the whole idea to me is stupid.
