Don’t like it personally. I know this team hates flying. I know they want to move it out of the game.
I know the patch just came out but it’s as bad as the PTR. Not loving this patch.
Personally subbing long enough for AotC and M+ and thats it.

I like the car. The one issue I have with it is that it’s a vehicle which means I can’t dismount by attacking

Here is hoping.
It’s not that they hate flying persay entirely, its just similar to pretty much every new seasonal patch or expansion start, they ground you for a bit to force you to slow down. This is especially true whenever they add in some new form of mobility in game, which I don’t entirely agree with TBH given it can present a challenge for some people. Then add it in later, I imagine by .5 we’ll be able to fly in undermine.
The car is revolutionary and innovative. WoW retail was my favorite MMORPG and it will remain my favorite after the D.R.I.V.E addition. Long live retail!
Me and My Trusty Magic Rooster Egg mount get quite easily around and fine down there in Undermine I don’t need that silly ugly car to get around …sure it might take me a bit longer but so what I have all day and all night to play…I don’t bum rush though content like many do and then scream there is nothing to do now…me Hunter me has feign death if mobs are chasing me and I do know how to avoid mobs unlike many players that just run though them and get made they get dazed…hahaha

It’s pretty much what I expected. WoW’s developers absolutely suck at designing ground terrain, so you’re constantly getting clipped on random bits of 3d ground clutter.
DRIVE might be okay in a wide open space, but Undermine is extremely cramped, so it feels awful.
