They made a blue post today with a video saying the entire classic team is going to be prioritizing the china titanforge realm for at least the next year

So it seem that the west players will be probly be ignored till next blizzcon for the announcement for classic+ which might be to late which is sad. But since blizzard is a small indy company what can you exspect.

Well the common consensus that the classic playerbase has is that blizzard are working on a classic+ rn behind the scenes
The only problem with said consensus, is that there is zero verifiable proof of this whatsoever
People just cooked this up in their minds and believed it for no reason, so now people have this sunk cost about something never proven to exist in the first place.
They took the “pserver lawsuit” as a clue because of Nost and classic, but there again is zero proof this is the reason.
The fact that they said the whole classic team is on this would actually logically imply that is what they are working on. Meaning they aren’t developing something that isn’t China titan reforged whatever server
Blizzard doesn’t have to do anything for North America at all, everyone stays subbed anyways, why bother? They know everyone doesn’t play anything else but wow. They could just make a tbc and wrath era and completely call it on classic development and people STILL wouldn’t unsub
I unsubbed today but not really for this specifically. More so blizzard is trash at managing classic and it’s just their “afk” sub farm. I’d rather play Warhammer and epoch

If era/anniv had services and tokens it be on better standing.
I am doubting even 25% of the holly’s sub counts she passes up the chain are 100% exclusive anniv era play.
Lots of US players here are in the service carrying wows too. and China, has service/token in their client. If we were to get WOD classic, holly can gamble on me getting a token. She’d probably win. I’d spend the $20 to deck out 1 garrison for my lw/skinner. it has nice gear/mogs in final stage. I"ve paid for stage 3…its a few coins lol.
If I am short 8K for that…I have the extra $20. I’ve spent more on crap beer I gave away to in-laws it was so bad.
businesses take care of revenue makers before less profitable services. And classic+ people can’t agree 100% on even 10 things that would be in it.

If there was TRULY a basically brand new game coming for the classic genre, you can rest be assured they wouldnt be implying things like “our main focus is on mop and chinas version of sod”
Nobody just halts productivity of a new game to work on something that takes no real development like MOP. the only time games halt development is lack of funding or a parent company axing it due to doubt
Blizzard suing pservers is not proof either of a new classic game

Has absolutely nothing to do with common consensus. They straight up said that they were going to take the data from SoD and use that to develop classic +. This isn’t speculation, they said that. And now they’re saying that western players get absolutely nothing, while china basically gets classic +

Yep. Twow incorporated/llc’d (not sure which) in the US or something. they can be approached and its people may care about that.
Warmane and ascension…regardless of twow’s fate will match on. LIke they have for years.
I’d have twow bite the bullet and sell to the them. Like epoch did with ascension team if I am reading right.
Shenna lives in Moscow, nothing will happen to her. The lawsuit only has a few people on it too.
Twow because of this has no reason to go to ascension like kaytotes was incentivized to with epoch
