It isn’t even posted as a known issue, nor any eta as to why during a period we are getting new gear why we can not create enchant scrolls.

Other then it is a known issue
there is no timeline for a fix, watch the hotfix notes, hopefully it will be updated when a fix is ready.

Are you able to add the vellum to the profession pane? I had no problem enchanting earlier with this method. I get the error if I try to enchant the vellum in my bags (once I can actually find it).

Edit: I see the issue still persists for shadowlands ones, sorry about that.

Yes, it can be added via the enchanting profession pane. Thanks for trying to offer a work around.

I just edited my post, looks like Shadowlands ones are still causing that error with the vellum. I was doing old enchants. It does work for those, however.

Yes, I just tried it with a Shadowlands recipe and got “Target is to low” error message.
